“Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.”
– Steve Jobs

DOMINIQUE LOVE
Founder & Visionary CEO
Entrepreneur, visionary, and innovative CEO, Dominique Love has built a successful career fueled by passion and an unwavering dedication to having an impact on the communities where she lives and works. Love has an impressive record of tackling complex situations, developing and bringing to life big ideas, and leading outcome-oriented teams to achieve success.
Within 2-years of acquiring the land, Love has transformed CERES from an idea into a shovel-ready project supported by a savvy group of investors and real estate experts, and a robust and diverse team of industry leaders from planners and designers to project manages, builders and contractors.
Love’s career began in fundraising and corporate giving and, after leading corporate contributions and employee engagement for The Coca-Cola Company, she created Corporate Community Outsourcing, a philanthropic consultancy that helped corporations and nonprofits maximize their community impact. Her work with clients later inspired the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival (“AF&WF”), which she launched in 2011 as the first culinary weekend in the nation dedicated to shining an international spotlight on the rich food and beverage traditions of the South from Texas to D.C. Under Love's leadership, AF&WF garnered national praise for innovative and engaging programming and its efforts to address the food and beverage industry’s toughest challenges. In 2015, both businesses were acquired by a UK-based private equity group and following the acquisition, Love became CEO of the fund’s newly formed North American business.
Love's accolades include being named one of the top 40 Under 40 rising leaders in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Auburn University College of Business Top Tiger Entrepreneurism Award, and YWCA Women of Achievement for The Coca-Cola Company. Love was also selected as a voting panelist for the World’s 50 Best Restaurants and currently serves on the advisory board for the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality & the Rane Culinary Sciences Center at Auburn University. She is an active member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Atlanta.
